Painless Endoscopy

Along with the basic general internal medicine services the medical center is specialized in detecting, recognizing and treating gastrointestinal diseases. We perform all types of gastroenterology examinations and interventions of the traditional endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP) with Propofol deep sedation and without any patient discomfort or pain. All of the examinations are executed in general anaesthesia with an anaesthesiologist and with the assistance of a qualified gastroenterology assistant. During the implemented narcosis the patient is relaxed and fall asleep, does not feel anything unpleasant during the intervention. At the end of the examination or intervention the patient does not even remember the procedure.
